New Resource Link: Connecting Families to Community Support Programs

We’re excited to share a new addition to our website designed to support families in navigating important assistance programs. Our goal is to help connect you to the resources you need to address health-related social needs that impact your family’s well-being.

This new link provides quick access to a wide range of support services, including:

· MassHealth / MGB ACO

· Public Food Resources

· Domestic Violence Awareness & Support

· Public Utility Assistance

· Public Housing Resources

Each section includes clear program descriptions, eligibility guidelines, step-by-step instructions, search tools, and links to applications—making it easier to find and apply for the help you need.

We hope this resource will be a valuable tool for families seeking guidance, stability, and support. Click here to explore available resources: https://affiliatedpediatrics.com/resources
